The 25 stocks with the most reliable analysts

Updated Jul 8, 2026
The stocks where analyst targets most often proved right at 1 year (replayed vs real prices, ≥8 targets). Where the consensus is most credible.
How to read the columns — Analyst reliability (1yr) = share of analyst targets that proved right over 12 months, replayed vs real prices (point-in-time). Upside = gap between the current price and the analysts' median target. ⚠️ High reliability says they were right in the past, not that the price will rise.

Frequently asked questions

Which stocks have the most reliable analysts?

The top 25 above, ranked by % of analyst targets that proved right over 1 year. This is not advice; open each stock page for the detail.

How is analyst reliability measured?

We pull every timestamped analyst target (source: Yahoo Finance) and replay them against real prices: for each call we check whether it proved right over 1 year. The hit rate is the share of profitable targets. It's point-in-time. Detail in « the method ».

How is this ranking built?

We keep stocks with at least 8 analyst targets and a measurable 1-year reliability, then rank them by descending hit rate. The « upside » column shows the gap between the current price and the median target.

Will a « reliable » stock necessarily go up?

No. High reliability means analysts were right on that stock in the past, not that the price will rise. Cross-check with upside, valuation and financial health.

What is JPI Invest?
